Ocean Ember Corals Shipping Policy

At Ocean Ember Corals, we’re committed to delivering healthy, vibrant corals right to your door with care and reliability. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Days
We ship Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays and ensure your corals arrive in optimal condition. Orders placed after 12 PM (CST) on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping to keep things simple:

• $40 Flat Rate – Applies to regional states surrounding Tennessee:
  Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Arkansas, North Carolina, Georgia, and South Carolina

• $50 Flat Rate – Applies to all other eligible U.S. states

• We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped overnight via trusted carriers to minimize transit time and stress on the corals. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Weather & Delays
Your coral’s health is our top priority. During extreme weather conditions or carrier service interruptions, we may delay shipments and notify you promptly to reschedule.
